The I-35W Crosstown (Hwy 62) project is programmed for 2007. The Alliance supports MnDOT’s efforts to construct a project that:
- Provides adequate capacity
- Eliminates weaving movements, improving safety and traffic flow.
- Relieves regional traffic impacts to local roads.
- Provides transit advantages and accommodates BRT / HOV through
- Constructed HOV lanes and Constructed Transit stations.
- Provides treatment for runoff.
